Terms and Conditions

• After 4:00pm on the day of arrival, the hotel has the right to cancel reservations that are not checked in if they are not guaranteed with a credit card or other payment guarantee, without being obliged to inform the guest. Members of the Strawberrys customer club have their own conditions. This only applies to accommodation with breakfast.
• We have an age limit of 16 years on the 1st floor spa and 18 years in the Circle of Senses.
• A change of date or cancellation of your booking must be done through the booking system you booked from, depending on which channel you have used. If you book your stay on sonspa.no, you can change the date until 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Note that a price difference may occur.
• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all spa treatments. No show or cancellation after the set time will be charged in full.
• When booking packages, these can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Some packages have a longer cancellation policy.
• The agreed price is paid upon arrival.
• Prepaid stays cannot be refunded.
• We have a fee for parking.

General terms and conditions

• Booked hotel rooms are guaranteed to be ready for check-in after 3:00pm on the day of arrival and can be used Monday to Friday until 12:00pm on the day of departure (10:00am for conference guests). Check-out is at 11:00am on Saturdays and 12:00pm on Sundays. Rooms can, by agreement with the hotel, be used beyond this time - book early/late check-in.
• The booker is responsible for damage to premises resulting from negligence or improper conduct of guests (Force majeure). A fee will be charged for any damage incurred. The hotel reserves the right to ask the individual to leave the hotel.
• Events beyond the control of the parties - such as strikes, lockouts, fires, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations in this agreement - entitle to terminate the agreement without liability.
• Reservations not canceled within the deadlines will be charged.
• We reserve the right to pricing errors.
• Son Spa reserves the right to request a deposit or card guarantee.
• You must be 18 years old to book a room.
• There is no open flame allowed in the rooms, for example, candles, etc.
• Son Spa is a non-smoking hotel. In cases where smoking occurs in our hotel rooms, a fee will be charged. In the event of smoking in common areas, the hotel reserves the right to impose a fee or ask the individual to leave the hotel.
• Lost property found will be kept for three (3) months. The guest is responsible for covering the costs associated with the forwarding of lost property.
