Take care of your skin this autumn
Autumn is the perfect time for a little extra self-care. As the air becomes cooler and drier, your skin may feel more sensitive and need additional moisture and nourishment. Give your skin a little autumn break with soothing, nurturing rituals for both face and body.
Cleanse gently
Choose a cleanser that removes impurities without drying out your skin.
Keep your skin hydrated
Use a nourishing moisturiser and consider adding a hydrating serum for an extra boost of moisture.
Exfoliate with care
A gentle exfoliator can leave your skin feeling softer and smoother. Once or twice a week is often enough.
Nourish your body
Apply body lotion after showering, preferably while your skin is still slightly damp. A nourishing body cream or oil will leave your skin feeling wonderfully soft and cared for.
