Ice bathing is an experience that truly awakens the body and sharpens the senses. It gives you renewed energy and a sense of accomplishment. First, you will be greeted by our sauna masters who will introduce you to breathing techniques and what happens in the body when you encounter the cold water. From there, the journey continues to the dockside and the Babord sauna raft for refreshing ice bathing in delightful combination with a hot sauna.

The activity includes:
- 30 minutes theory
- Ice bathing
- Sauna with aufguss ritual
- Hot drink
Remember swimwear and towel. Bathrobe and slippers can be borrowed at the reception. Showers are available in the spa area.
