Red wines from Piemonte, Veneto, and Toscana form the basis of this course. We explore how style, origin, and food interwine.
Learn to Taste Wine
Five wines, different styles, and an introduction to the techniques behind wine tasting. An informal and educational experience, whether you are new, experienced, or just curious.
Beer Tasting
The world of beer holds more than you think. We taste our way through different beer styles, discuss craftsmanship, brewing methods, and delightful food pairings.
Mead Tasting
Here you will taste Son Spa's own house mead, made in collaboration with Askheimer. A course that highlights a drink with a long history and new life.
Spirits Tasting
For groups looking for something extra. Cognac, grappa, or Norwegian aquavit - themes and selections are customized as desired and must be preordered.
