Full Moon Ritual
Join us for a unique experience when the energy in the universe is at its peak and the full moon appears. Every month at full moon, the sauna masters invite you to a atmospheric full moon ritual. The ritual uses the moon's energy to let go of what you no longer need in life and supports you where you are now. The ritual starts at 7:30 p.m. and is held on the sauna raft Styrbord.
Under the full moon, hot sauna, deep breathing techniques, and the four elements - fire, water, air, and earth - are combined to provide inner peace and new energy. There will be different themes for each full moon ritual.
