Kugrava is a space with roots in coastal history. A/S Soon Slip & Baatbyggeri was located here, and between 1907 and 1940, proud ships were built on the site. The name? It is said to originate from a cow that allegedly was buried here, although history does not reveal when or where. From the windows, you have a view of beach life and the boats at the dock in the summer, and towards a quiet, frost-covered sea as winter sets in.
