Self retreat is the package for those who wish to turn their gaze inwards and let the body recover at its own pace. You will stay comfortably, have breakfast delivered to your room, and enjoy a spacious spa stay at your own pace. Included is a choice of treatment, either a relaxing aromatherapy massage or a facial for extra glow. If you prefer more movement, you can join one of our group classes, such as yoga, tai chi, or one of our spinning classes for an extra boost. In the evening, you can wind down with room service and a visit to the sauna raft. If you have any special requests, please let us know when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
