After 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, the hotel has the right to cancel reservations which are not checked in if they are not guaranteed by credit card or other payment guarantee, without being obliged to inform the guest. Members of Strawberry´s customer club have their own conditions. This only applies to accommodation with breakfast.
We have a 16-year age limit in the 1st floor spa and 18 in Circle of Senses
A change of date or cancellation of your booking must be made through the booking system you used, depending on the channel you booked through. If you booked your stay on sonspa.no, you can change the date up until 16:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that a price difference may apply.
There is a 24-hour cancellation period on all spa treatments. No show or cancellation after set time will be charged in full.
When booking packages, these can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of arrival. Some packages have longer cancellationterms.
The agreed price is payable on arrival.
Pay now / prepaid stays can not be refunded.
We have paid parking in the parking garage.
GENERAL AGREEMENT TERMS
Booked hotel rooms are guaranteed to be ready for check-in after 3pm on the day of arrival and checkout is mon-fri 12pm (10.00 conferenceguests), saturday 11.00 and sunday 12.00. Rooms can be arranged beyond this time in agreement with the hotel – book early / late check-in.
The client is responsible for damage to the premises as a result of negligence or unjustified behavior by the guests (force majeure).
Events beyond our control – for example, strikes, lockouts, fires, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this agreement – entitles to terminate the booking without liability.
Reservations that are not canceled within the deadlines will be charged.
We reserve the right to make correction of price errors.
The hotel reserves the right to ask for a deposit or card guarantee.
There is an 18-year limit for booking a room.
Open flames are not allowed inland, e.g. candles etc.
Son Spa is a smoke-free hotel. In cases where smoking occurs in our hotel rooms, a fee will be charged. If smoking takes place in common areas, the hotel reserves the right to impose a fee or ask the individual to leave the premises.
Lost items that are found are kept for 3 months. Guests are responsible for covering any costs associated with shipping forgotten items back to them.
