Teams compete in pairs against each other in 5 different events. Each post is managed by an instructor who controls each exercise.
Exercises last for 10 minutes before rolling. All exercises are tailored to the wishes of the group. Physics, team spirit and humor are challenged.

- Clean collaborative tasks that appeal to team play
Towards the end of the competition, semi-finals and final are held with the other teams as audience.
