Ice bathing is an experience that truly awakens the body and sharpens the senses with a boost of new energy and increased sense of achievement. The group is welcomed by our sauna masters who provide a gentle introduction to breathing techniques and what happens in the body when you encounter the cold water. From there, the journey continues to the pier and the Port side sauna raft for refreshing ice bathing in a delightful combination with a hot sauna. Mastering ice bathing together as a group is a perfect way to strengthen unity and cooperation.

- 30 minutes theory
- Ice bathing
- Sauna with aufguss ritual
- Hot drink
Remember swimwear and towel. Bathrobes and slippers can be borrowed at the reception. Showers are available in the spa area.
