Sparkling Wine Tasting

Red wines from Piemonte, Veneto, and Tuscany form the basis of this course. We look at how style, origin, and food intertwine.

Five wines, different styles, and an introduction to the techniques behind wine tasting. An informal and educational experience, whether you are new, experienced, or just curious.
Beer Tasting
The world of beer holds more than you think. We taste through different beer styles, discuss craftsmanship, brewing methods, and delicious food pairings.
Mead Tasting
Here you get to taste Son Spa's own house mead, made in collaboration with Askheimer. A course that highlights a drink with a long history and new life.
Spirits Tasting
For groups looking for something extra. Cognac, grappa, or Norwegian aquavit - themes and selections are put together according to preference and must be pre-ordered.
